◆Commission Process

​

　The estimated turnaround time from order to delivery is about 1–2 months.

​

　① Please fill out and submit the order form located at the bottom of this website.

​

　② After reviewing your submission, I will provide a price estimate. You will usually receive a reply within 3 days.

​

　③ Once you agree to the estimate, I will create rough sketches for each emote you ordered.

　　 (A rough sketch is a static key frame that represents an important part of the GIF animation.)

​

　④ Please review the completed rough sketches.

　　 Up to 2 minor revisions are free of charge.

　　 From the 3rd revision onward, or for major changes, an additional fee will be required.

　⑤ After all rough sketches are approved, I will send you an invoice.

　　 Please complete the payment within 5 days of receiving it.

​

　⑥ Once the payment is confirmed, I will finalize each illustration based on the approved sketches.

​

　⑦ Please review the finalized illustrations.

　　 Up to 2 minor revisions are free of charge.

　　 From the 3rd revision onward, or for major changes, an additional fee will be required.

　⑧ After your approval, I will animate the finalized illustrations to create the GIF emotes.

​

　⑨ Please review the completed GIF animations.

　　 Up to 2 minor revisions are free of charge.

◆Cancellation Policy

​​

　・If you cancel your commission after agreeing to the estimate but before making the payment stated

　　on the invoice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed estimate will be charged as a sketch fee.

　・Once the invoice has been paid, cancellations initiated by the client are not accepted.

　　　　(except for resizing without changing the square aspect ratio, and adjusting the frame rate)
