・Additional Characters
Additional characters are charged separately, per character.
・Backgrounds
For backgrounds, the fee will be at least 100% of the highest-priced character.
If multiple characters are present, the background fee will be based on the highest-priced character.
⚠ Notice
For illustrations that require higher production costs, the price may exceed the listed rates,
and completion may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.
◆Payment
・The following payment methods are accepted:
① PayPal
② Bank transfer (available only for residents of Japan)
・Payment must be made in full. Please note that installment payments are not available.
◆Commission Process
The estimated turnaround time from order to delivery is about 1–2 months.
① Please send your order to the following email address:
When placing an order, please include the following information:
・Preferred style (Full color or Flat color)
・Character reference sheet or images, including details such as height, gender, and age
・Reference images for clothing, accessories, decorations, or background elements
・PayPal email address (if using PayPal for payment)
② After reviewing your request, I will provide a price estimate.
Usually, you will receive a reply within 3 days.
③ Once you agree to the estimate, I will create a draft sketch.
④ You will review the completed sketch.
Minor revisions are free up to 2 times.
From the 3rd revision onward, or for major changes, an additional fee will be charged.
⑤ Once the sketch is approved, I will send you an invoice.
Payment is required within 5 days of receiving the invoice.
⑥ After confirming your payment, I will begin the final illustration.
⑦ You will review the completed illustration.
Minor revisions are free up to 2 times.
From the 3rd revision onward, or for major changes, an additional fee will be charged.
⑧ The final illustration will be delivered via Google Drive.
The default format is PNG, but other formats are available upon request.
◆Cancellation Policy
・If you cancel your commission after agreeing to the estimate but before making the payment stated
on the invoice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed estimate will be charged as a sketch fee.
・Once the invoice has been paid, cancellations initiated by the client are not accepted.
◆Terms of Use
・Commissioned works are for non-commercial and non-profit use only.
・Completed works may be showcased on social media, websites, or in doujinshi (fan-made publications).
・For requests from companies, or for commercial or profit-oriented use, a different pricing structure applies.
